As part of our commitment to provide the high standard of customer service you expect and deserve, we recently upgraded our software technology to enhance the management of your account.
We wanted you to be aware of one modification: your ADT billing account number has changed. Your new billing account number is being sent to you by mail (or email if you have an email address) and will arrive by August.
How will this change affect you?
- Rest assured that this change will not affect your security monitoring in any way. The password or PIC (Personal Identification Code) you use when calling the monitoring station remains the same. The people and phone numbers on your contact list have not changed.
- If you pay by pre-authorized payments, your bank will seamlessly connect your previous account number to your new account number until October 31, 2017. You will need to update your pre-authorized banking information by October 31, 2017 with your new billing account number.
- If you pay through online banking, please select "ADT Canada Inc." as the Payee. You will need to provide your new billing account number.
- If you pay by cheque, please be sure to include your invoice stub, which will include your new billing account number.
